KAUAI IMMERSION YOGA RETREAT 2016

August 8 - 17 , 2016

Simplicity Love and Yoga On the Verge present Kauai Yoga Immersion Retreat ~ Kalalau                                                                                August 8th to August 17th, 2016.                                                                                                         "The Difference Between Dream and Reality...IS ACTION"

A Sacred & Adventurous Yoga Retreat designed to bring you to the Verge of your Limits and into the place of your True Nature.

The Retreat incorporates site-specific yoga (caves, rocks, beaches, trees, ridges, waterfalls), Ashtanga Yoga, exploring spiritually significant places, snorkeling, ceremony, gorgeous freshly made mostly Vegetarian food with local fish, both primitive camping & lovely vacation house accommodations as well as integrating aspects of Hawai'ian virtues through the wisdom of their teachings.

Kaua'i is a current day Eden with next to no land predators, fresh wild edibles growing abundantly, the meditative air of clanking of bamboo forests, home to the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" (Waimea Canyon), clean beaches of every color sand, and waters filled with tropical fish and wise sea turtles!

The Kalalau Trail and Valley is justly famous for its superb scenery, enchanting valleys, and lush tropical vegetation clinging to cliffs which in places rise thousands of feet above the Pacific Ocean. A deep Valley where the ancient Hawaiians once lived, this land (aina in the native language) is Sacred with stone Temples (Heiau) and secluded views.
